Jan 25th

First time back in the pool, tonight. Felt good being in the water. I did not swim in school so this triathlon thing has got me hooked on swimming, absolutely love it! Next week I plan on getting to the pool 2-3 times a week.

Accomplished a big goal this week also, finally got under 160lbs! Just a little bit more to go.

Jan 20th

Had a great week of workouts & lbs are still going down! Saw a friend at the gym yesterday that I hadn't seen in awhile & they didn't recognize me. That was pretty awesome.
Still doing a lot of basketball games, 8 games coming this weekend! I love doing basketball, wish it was year around.

Jan 11th

Had a good 3 days at the gym (Snap Fitness). First day 70 minutes on the spin bike, second day 85 minutes on the elliptical plus 30 minutes of core work, & third day 70 minutes on the treadmill! Things are going good.

Happy New Year!

2 days in & 2 days worth of workouts completed. Got to keep it up if I want to improve.
