March 11

Business is about to pick up. With DST kicking in, I now have that 'extra' hour each evening. That translate in to more bike time for sure.

Week 6 totals - swim (3:21:53, 8200yds), bike (1:53:00, 29.2 miles), spin bike (1:10:00), run (4:21:50, 26.26 miles), & strength (2:03:55) for a total of 12:50:36.

Training totals - swim (17:01:14, 41,650yds), bike (8:16:35, 134.85 miles), spin bike (16:35:45), run (19:17:44, 115.31 miles), & strength (9:23:46) for a total of 70:35:04 & an average of 11:45:51.

Next week is scheduled to be a 17 hr week.
