March 26th

Big week completed! Also purchased my new ride, Trek Speed Concept 7.0!.

Weekly totals - swim (51:20, 2100 yds), bike (9:53:24, 173.95 miles), spin bike (0), run (4:32:18, 31.04 miles), & strength (1:36:45) for a total of 16:53:47.

Training totals - swim (20:57:13, 51,550 yds), bike (25:00:28, 420.94 miles), spin bike (16:56:04), run (27:22:08, 167.60 miles), & strength (11:34:54) for a total of 101:50:47.

Yes that is right, over 100 training hrs to date!

Next week is a recovery week.
