May 20th

Had to start uping the hours & accomplished it this week. Also did the Terre Haute Triathlon on May 19th. 800 yd swim (12:26), 24.5 mile bike (1:07:12), 5 mile run (37:08) for a total time of 2:00:44. PR'ed the course by 10 minutes, finished 55th overall, very happy with the outcome. That is the fastest run average of any tri's I've done to date.

Week 16 totals - swim (1:27:46, 3300 yds), bike (8:23:02, 149.83 miles), run (4:37:21, 26.36 miles), strength (30:00) for a total of 14:58:09.

Training total - swim (37:06:42, 94,900 yds), bike (71:58:32, 1250.33 miles), run (59:30:47, 379.46 miles), strength (17:33:10), & spin bike (15:56:04) for a total of 203:05:15. Weekly average is up to 12:41:35.

May 13th

Went down to Louisville & met up with a group of others doing the Ironman also & rode part of the bike course. I just glad that I don't live down there, traffic was horrible compared to what I'm use to around here.

Week 15 totals - swim (1:15:10, 3100 yds), bike (5:22:05, 96.55 miles), run (4:13:13, 26.93 miles), strength (1:07:58) for a total of 11:58:26.

Training totals - swim (35:38:56, 91,600 yds), bike (63:35:30, 1100.5 miles), run (54:53:26, 353.1 miles), strength (17:03:10), & spin bike (16:56:04) for a total of 188:07:06. Weekly avg of 12:32:28.

May 6th

I know, I know, I am way behind posting my data so I am catching up now. I have been keeping my logs just fine, just not posting to my blog page.

Did the Seymour Mini Marathon on May 5th. Warm & muggy morning, still thought I could do a 1:45:00 or so which would have been a PR. Instead, I did 1:42:16 for a 7 minute PR! 17th overall! Pretty stoked about that too.

Also went over a 1000 miles on the bike.

Week 14 totals - swim (2:04:55, 6600 yds), bike (4:18:47, 73.83 miles), run (3:23:10, 24.28 miles), strength (58:38) for a total of 10:45:30.

Training total - swim (34:23:45, 88,500 yds), bike (58:13:25, 1003.95 miles), run (50:40:13, 326.17 miles), strength (15:55:12), & spin bike (16:56:04) for a total of 176:08:40.
